You're going through a hard time right now having to go back to your hometown and all to try to find your mother. So now you're in your hometown trying to find your mother you check your old house and she's nowhere to be found. "This house is a wreck all these dirty clothes everywhere where could she be?" (p.g.31) Now you don’t know what to do but go to your mothers Mona's she owns Calla goes to the bar starts asking around the bar and everyone keeps saying I haven't seen Mona in about 2 weeks or so.

Calla asked a men who looked liked he was running the place so she asked him and he tells her the same thing everyone else did. Then he asked "Why would you like to know? oh wait a minute are you her daughter I'm so sorry about that"(p.g.35) he then asked her what her name was and she told him Calla then she said what's yours and he told her Jackson but everyone calls me Jax.

Calla needs a job now since she couldn’t find her mother anywhere so gets one at Monas and when she does that her and jax start to hangout with each other and when people start doing that they get feelings really quickly for one another. One night at the bar the bar was closed and Calla and Jax were in the office and Jax kissed her "Did Jax just kiss me I think he did he did OMG!!!"(p.g.54) That night Calla got her first kiss in her life and she is 21 years old she was in shock and after that kiss Jax just left without saying a word.

The next day Calla went to work and Jax was acting like nothing happened the night before. Callas uncle came in the bar and he had no idea that she was back in town so he comes up to her and says "hey baby girl you need to pack up and go back where you came from its no good for you here that’s why you left in the first place remember".(p.g.59) Calla tells him what's going with her mother taking all of her savings and that she came down here o find her mother for taking it her money but is nowhere to be found and he tells her that’s probably true about 2 weeks ago she ran off with this guy named Rooster and took it then. Calla tells him she has to stay down here till she get all the money for her to go back to school in the fall or wont be able to go back.

Dear Thomas,

                    I put together a playlist of songs that I think you will like. These songs also tie in to experiences that have happened in your life. The first song relates to how you didn't know who you were and where you were in life when you were first put in the maze. The song i picked is about finding out who you are and being real with yourself.

                    I have another song that I thing would relate to your life, it relates to you because you were a newbie to the community in the Maze and everyone treated you like one. After being treated like a newbie for so ling you became a runner which is looked up to, so you worked your way to the top from the bottom. The song I chose is about stating from nothing and then getting on the top which is why it relates to your life
